1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering or using any part of the 4dyes platform — including the website, mobile application, and all related services — you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be fully bound by these terms and conditions.

These terms constitute a valid and binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "Player" or "User") and 4dyes (hereinafter referred to as "Platform" or "We"). If you do not agree with any provision in these terms, you are not permitted to use the 4dyes platform.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

3 Account Registration and Personal Information

Each Player is only permitted to register and maintain one (1) account only on the 4dyes platform. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If a Player is found to hold more than one account, 4dyes reserves the right to:

• Close all accounts concerned without any prior notice.
• Forfeit all balances, bonuses and winnings held across all such accounts.
• Report suspected activity to the relevant authorities.

During registration, Players are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. The information provided must be truthful and not misleading. Any changes to personal information must be updated promptly through the account management section or by contacting our customer support.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

Withdrawals may only be processed to an account or e-wallet registered under the same Player's name. 4dyes reserves the right to reject withdrawals suspected of involving money laundering or any unlawful activity. 5 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by 4dyes are subject to wagering requirements and specific rules set for each offer. Players are responsible for understanding the applicable terms before accepting any bonus.

Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount received:

• Example 1: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Account balance RM200 → Wagering requirement RM100 × 15 = RM1,500
• Example 2: Deposit RM800 → Bonus RM300 (maximum limit) → Account balance RM1,100 → Wagering requirement RM300 × 15 = RM4,500

Before winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn, the set wagering requirement must be fully met. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned after the wagering requirement is met are eligible for withdrawal.

4dyes reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if there is evidence that bonus terms have been abused, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts or betting strategies deemed to be in breach of platform rules.

6 VIP Programme and Loyalty Rewards

4dyes values Player loyalty through a four-tier VIP programme that provides competitive weekly cashback benefits. Progression to a higher tier depends on the Player's gaming activity over time.

All VIP benefits are subject to specific terms set for each tier. 4dyes reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the VIP programme at any time with reasonable notice to Players.

7 Account Security and Confidentiality

Players are fully responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials, including username and password. You are advised to:

• Use a strong and unique password that is not used on other platforms.
• Not share login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to 4dyes customer support immediately.

4dyes will not be held liable for any financial loss or other damage arising from a Player's negligence in maintaining the security of their login credentials. Any transaction carried out using valid login credentials will be considered as having been authorised by the account owner.

8 Player Conduct and Prohibited Actions

Players agree to use the 4dyes platform responsibly and in a lawful manner. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using third-party software, automated bots, or any tools designed to exploit the platform's systems.
• Committing or attempting to commit any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions through strategies that go against the intent of the offer.
• Registering multiple accounts or using false identities.
• Sharing or transferring account balances to other players without official 4dyes authorisation.
• Disrupting platform operations or other Players' experience by any means.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and legal action where deemed necessary.
